Friday night we had the most amazing dinner at SoLou in Baton Rouge! It was a culinary experience not to be forgotten.
✨Here’s what we had:
⚜️Starters : Crabmeat Tater Tots consisting of Louisiana Crabmeat and Fontina, served with green onion aioli 🦀🧀
⚜️We also had the Oysters Erin, named for its creator, Erin Guzzardo, which are deep fried oysters with melted leeks, apple smoked bacon and béarnaise 🔥🦪🥓
⚜️Main Dish – Gulf Fish Belle River, a pan-sauteed fresh Gulf Fish with crawfish spoonbread and Louisiana Crawfish cream, plated with a side of green beans 🐟🍲
⚜️Dessert was out of this world! Louisiana Strawberry Croffle which is a Croissant Waffle topped with fresh Louisiana Strawberries and whipped Mascarpone. 🍓🥐🧇
⚜️That drink photographed is a Strawberry Hill that’s made with fresh Ponchatoula Strawberry-Infused Gin, Lemon, Simple, Soda. 🍓🍹
