Mandeville is hosting its 10th Annual “Light Up the Lake” Independence Day celebration on July 3rd, featuring a patriotic parade, live music, food trucks, and a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Pontchartrain. The free event kicks off with the 6th Annual Mande Independence Day Parade at 5 p.m., followed by entertainment and festivities in the lakefront park. Families can picnic in the park starting at 10 a.m. and enjoy a brilliant fireworks show sponsored by local businesses at 8:30 p.m.
